1. Send us an email at info@carebybrothers.com after which we will provide you with the return instructions. 

2. We will provide you with a return form. Please fill this in as clearly as possible and include this to your return parcel. 

3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package. 

4. After we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will process your return shipment within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.
