Wil je je aankoop ruilen of retourneren? We helpen je graag! Je kunt tot 14 dagen na de leveringsdatum ruilen of retourneren.

Het ruilen of retourneren kan snel en eenvoudig worden gedaan door de onderstaande stappen te volgen:

1. Stuur ons een e-mail naar info@carebybrothers.com, waarna we je de retourinstructies zullen geven.

2. We zullen je een retourformulier verstrekken. Vul dit zo duidelijk mogelijk in en voeg dit toe aan je retourpakket.

3. Lever je pakket af bij de vervoerder van jouw keuze binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je pakket.

4. Nadat we je retourzending in ons magazijn hebben ontvangen, verwerken we je retourzending binnen 10 werkdagen. Onze retourafdeling houdt je op de hoogte via e-mail.
